Medical aesthetics, without the guesswork.

Send us photos from your phone. A clinician reviews them, tells you what would actually help, and quotes it — before you set foot in the clinic.

  • Free assessment

How it works

Three steps, and only one of them is in the clinic.

  1. 01

    Send photos

Four photos from your phone, guided by on-screen references, plus a few questions about your skin and history. Four minutes.

  2. 02

    We assess

A clinician reviews your submission and writes back: what is treatable, which protocol, how many sessions, and what it costs.

  3. 03

    Decide, then visit

Read it at home. If you want to proceed, you come in for the in-person examination and the first session.

Why photo first

You should know the plan and the price before you commit.

Most people arrive at an aesthetics clinic unsure what they need and leave having agreed to something on the spot. The photo consultation moves that decision to your side of the table: you get the assessment in writing, read it at home, and book only if it makes sense.

An in-person examination is still required before any treatment is carried out.

  1. 01You see the recommendation and the price in writing, with no one waiting for an answer.
  2. 02We can tell you in advance if a treatment is wrong for you — before you have paid for a consultation.
  3. 03The photos become your baseline, so progress is measured against a real image rather than memory.
  4. 04If your concern needs a dermatologist rather than an aesthetic protocol, we say so and refer you.

The clinic

Conservative by default.

dermArtis is a Skin Therapist-led practice. Our bias is toward the smallest intervention that achieves what you came for — and toward saying no when a treatment will not help you.

Common questions

Before you ask

Is the photo consultation really free?

Yes. You send photos and answers, a clinician reviews them, and you get a written assessment back. There is no charge and no obligation to book anything.

How long until I hear back?

One working day in most cases. Submissions that arrive over the weekend are reviewed on the next working day.

Can you diagnose me from photos?

No. Photos let us tell you what is likely treatable, which protocol we would suggest, and what it would cost. A diagnosis and any treatment require an in-person examination.

What happens to my photos?

They are transmitted encrypted, stored in your clinical record, and seen only by the clinic's practitioners. They are never used for marketing unless you sign a separate consent.

Four photos. One working day.

Front, left, right, and a close-up of whatever bothers you. We take it from there.
